GENERAL : We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.

Unlock code service
We supply actual unlock codes for all makes listed in the manufactures menu where a price is published along side the manufacturer name and for all the makes/models listed on our terms page. Due to the vast amount of mobile phone makes /models/networks, not every mobile make/model/network is supported by our unlock code service. Please check our terms if you only wish to purchased a unlock code from our site.
Unlocking information service
For any other makes makes/models/networks that are not listed on terms page and therefore not supported by our actual unlocking code service , we supply our unlocking information service which is up-to date unlocking information charged at £3.99 to £6.99 (+vat where applicable) This service will give you reliable unlocking methods / sites that have a good success rate with unlocking your phone from our constant research . Please note 3rd party charges will apply for any unlock solutions supplied by anyone we recommend via our unlock information service as described above. Many makes/model including all Sony Ericsson models unless on our terms page require a USB cable and a software download supplied by a 3rd party who charge for their software to unlock this make. A PC running windows will also be required to connect the phone to via the USB cable.
Please note, some mobile phone makes/models can only be unlocked with an unlock code supplied by your mobile network or the manufacturer of your phone. If this applies to your unlock information order we will confirm this once we have checked. This service is covered by the £3.99+VAT to £6.99+VAT charge for unlocking information.
If you order our unlocking information as described above for any make/model/network we don’t support with our actual unlock code service you will also receive a free credit of equal value towards another unlock code order with us, for any make/model supported by our actual unlock code service as published on our terms page, or 1 free UK pay-as-you-go sim card with free delivery to any UK address for any of the major UK networks as sold on our site. This can be requested at any time using a contact form on our contact form on our contact page. All the above is integral to our service given from this website.
Blackberry unlock codes take 7-14 days unless otherwise stated at the time of order on our site.
Please note that each unlock code we supply is unique and is calculated by using your phone's IMEI number and current network provider it is locked to. You should not attempt to enter your unique unlock code into any other phone.

By ordering our unlocking service, you agree terms of service stated on this page.
UnlockTelecom.co.uk takes no responsibility for any damage that may occur to your mobile phone by entering the unlock code or using any software provided. If you enter your unlock code incorrectly 5 times, you will need to contact a professional service centre in order to unlock your phone by cable solution (usually £15-£25).
REFUNDS
REFUNDS WILL GIVEN FOR UNLOCK CODE ORDERS OF HANDSET MODELS THAT APPEAR ON THE ABOVE COMPATIBLE LIST AND THE UNLOCK CODE FAILED TO WORK. WE MAY REQUIRE PROOF OF THIS BY WAY OF DIGITAL PHOTO.
1.To request a refund please complete our contact form which can be found on our contact page. Please note we must have the 6 digit order number entered on the contact form. We cannot process a refund request without it as this is a unique number.
2. Requests for refunds are replied to same day within a few hours. We may ask for further information about your mobile and any problem you may be having unlocking it, in case we can help you resolve it.
3. Refunds when agreed will be made via the same method as payment and are usually made within 14 days. Please note it may take 5 working days longer if you paid via credit or debit card as paypal our main card processor deals with this once we action it.
