Q1.  How do I order?
Answer:- Simply fill in the order form on our home page. Your order information will then be available on the screen.

Q2. How do I enter my unlock code?
Please see our instructions at: www.UnlockTelecom.co.uk/codeguide where simple instructions are listed to enter your unlock code for your make of phone.

Q3.  Why UnlockTelecom?
Answer:- The UnlockTelecom team have over 10 years experience in Telecommunications. We like to think that our mobile unlocking systems and customer service is the best around.

Q4. How will I receive my unlock code?
Answer:- The majority of codes will be shown online after you order. Some codes must be manually calculated and will be emailed to you within 24 hours. You will be advised of this on screen as soon as you order. Please note that we do not send codes via the post.

Q5. How do I enter my unlock code?
Answer:- We provide full step by step instructions. Instructions vary with each manufacturer, however we always keep it as simple as possible, with no technical jargon!

Q6.  I haven’t received my unlock information what do I do?
Answer:- Please login using your 6 digit order number from your receipt using this link on the top of every page

Q7.  I am in credit with you, how do I use it up to unlock another phone or request a sim card? 
Please use our contact form to request another unlock or sim card.

Q8. The Motorola/Blackberry mobile I want to unlock is more than my credit.
Answer:-Please use this link below to pay the difference and the same form collects the details of the hanfset. Your unlock will then be sent by email to you
. Motorola codes: within 1 day. Blackberry codes: within 14 days. Please note 17.5% Vat applies if you are in the EU.
